XEROX AND FUJI XEROX POSITIONED IN LEADERS QUADRANT OF 2010 MANAGED PRINT SERVICES REPORT
TOKYO, November 1, 2010- Xerox Corporation and Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. have been placed by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders Quadrant of the 2010 Magic Quadrant for Managed Print Services (MPS) Worldwide.
The Magic Quadrant is a proprietary research tool developed by Gartner that offers visual snapshots of a market's direction, maturity and participants, and evaluates companies on completeness of vision and ability to execute.
Ongoing investment to support and expand the range of MPS offerings by Xerox/Fuji Xerox characterizes their services, together with their capabilities to help global enterprises resolve their business challenges. Additional features include their scalable services beyond MPS as well as thorough analysis of business processes, which leads to credibility of their services.
Gartner first introduced the MPS category of its Magic Quadrant report in 2008 to help provide guidance to Gartner clients who are evaluating MPS vendors and solutions.
